A festival of New 10-minute Plays
The first ever 10-minute play national competition takes place at Bellarmine University. The result will be the production of the best 6 to 8 short plays chosen by a group of elite theater faculty and enthusiasts. From those presented, the audience will vote on their favorite, which will become the winner of our first ever 10-minute playwriting competition.

I should have said, "Go see his plays." Dave wrote one of the plays and plays Galileo (exactly as I'm sure he was) in a second one. They were the highlights, I thought. They are both very funny and humor really seems to work best in the short format. Two or three of the plays were kind of psycho drama that might have worked better if the actors hadn't been so young. It's a little hard to believe in a Galileo that has zits.
